Northwestern Oklahoma State University alumni and other friends soon will be contacted and asked for updates for the new “Northwestern Alumni and Other Friends Directory”, due for distribution in November 2017.
The Northwestern Foundation & Alumni Association has partnered again with PCI (also known as Publishing Concepts) to produce an updated directory. The last directory was published in December 2013. PCI will contact Northwestern alumni, donors and other friends via mail, email and phone to request any updates to their information.
The new directory is available for sale only to Northwestern Oklahoma State University alumni. The directory is published at no cost to the Northwestern Foundation & Alumni Association.
“This is an excellent opportunity to ensure that we have updated the information regarding our alumni, donors and other friends,” said John Allen, director, alumni relations. “The directory provides a vehicle for our Northwestern family to reconnect with one another. The updates also will help our office to share timely and valuable information with our alumni about Northwestern.”
When alumni receive a postcard or an email with a telephone number from PCI, they may call the number to speak with a dedicated representative for the Northwestern directory project. The representative will verify all the information on file and then make updates as needed. Alumni will have the opportunity to tell the representative what information they prefer to have excluded.
The names, addresses and information provided to PCI by Northwestern Foundation & Alumni Association for the publication of the directory will be held confidential by PCI, except to the extent that they are utilized in, or in the preparation of, the directory and except as required by the court order or law. Upon completion of the project, PCI will return to the Northwestern Foundation & Alumni Association any and all electronic files that have been supplied by the Northwestern Foundation & Alumni Association or produced by PCI in connection with the production of the directory.
