Sofie is 11 years old and a super fan of Drake. She has also been diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and is in need of a new heart. For her 11th birthday she wished for two things: A visit from Drake and a new heart. Just about a week after Drake visited Sophie got the news that she will be receiving her new heart as well.
