Northwestern Oklahoma State University volleyball has improved their 2019 season record to an astounding 12-6, with a Great American Conference record of 3-1.


Junior Libero Sydnee Miller is a key part of the Rangers continued success.


Miller earned herself Great American Conference defensive player of the week after posting incredible defensive numbers to give the Rangers two match wins with a rematch against Texas A&M-Kingsville and a conference win over Southeastern Oklahoma State University.


The Raymore, Mo. native tallied 53 total digs on the week. Miller earned 23 digs in the Rangers match against Kingsville.


Miller also had her third 30+ dig game of the season during the Southeastern match-up.


Miller earned her 53 digs in 6.63 played games, but also helped offensively with 6 assists and 2 service aces.


Miller and the Northwestern volleyball are headed to Weatherford, Okla. to face-off against rival Southwestern Oklahoma State at 7 p.m. for another Great American Conference match-up Tuesday evening.
