By KEVIN KAUMANS, Assistant Editor

Well, here we are, fellow reader. It’s the end of the semester; summer is around the corner and everyone is probably procrastinating and putting off their studies for finals for the last second as I am writing this all out.

I say this because I’ve been in the library ever since seven and have barely seen anyone come in or out. It is currently April 27, by the way.

So, what will my last article of my sophomore year be about?

I’m sure many of you are expecting an interview or book critic. However, I will be talking about something much different.

I’m going to reflect on my writing this year.

See, I feel as though my columns have greatly improved since I first started working for the Northwestern newspaper.

My articles have become more detailed, diverse, and more well-thought out than my past columns.

I have been branching out more, trying to cover as many topics as possible.
When I start my third year here, I hope you all will continue to keep reading my works.

I appreciate every single person who takes what little time they have out of his or her day to read these paragraphs of me just rambling most of the time.

No matter what trials you may come across in your life, I wish nothing more than for each and every one of you to succeed in your goals.

During the next semester, I plan on talking about a wider reach of topics, not just politics and literature.

I only ask that you all stand by and give me whatever feedback you can think of. Do not be afraid of giving me your harshest criticisms, as I am prepared to improve my writing by any means possible.

My name is Kevin A. Kaumans, and until next time friends: Stay Educated
