Two scholarship applications are currently available to Northwestern Oklahoma State University students.
The first is the AAF Tenth District Scholarship must be received by mail no later than 5 p.m., March 7, 2016. There will be two, $2500 scholarships awarded.
To be eligible to receive one of the two scholarships the applicant must be an undergraduate member and completed at least one semester of college and be majoring or minoring in advertising, commercial art, communications, journalism, marketing, photography, public relation, radio, TV or film.
Applicant must overall GPA of 2.5 and a 3.0 minimum GOA in field, one letter or recommendation from faculty member in field, a 100 Word essay on their reason for wanting to enter the advertising industry and submit three-five samples of work accomplished in their chosen courses of study

The Fern Brown Memorial Fund Scholarship must be received no later than March 15th, 2016. Applications are available within the Financial Aid office, according to Tiffany George, VA Coordinator/Secretary of Student Services.
To be eligible a student must complete an application, be a continuing student in the state of Oklahoma, demonstrate above average aptitude for college and need financial assistance
The Fern Brown Memorial Scholarship was established to provide assistance for the education of students who have shown above average standings for college and have no aid from other scholarships and want to pursue higher education.
