A blanket of snow covers Northwestern’s campus in this Monday photo. Ice and snow fell on parts of northwest Oklahoma over the weekend, leaving area roads impassable. University officials canceled classes Monday and Tuesday in response to the inclement weather. Wrecks were reported on roads across the state.
