“The Maze Runner Death Cure” was the third movie and last of the trilogy of the Maze Runner.
The very first scene was full of so much action that I knew this movie was going to be amazing. Showing how far Thomas has grown from the first movie to the third is incredible. I love watching the suspense of having to break into a giant wall that has an incredible futuristic city on the inside. The first movie they had to break out of a giant wall and now they need to break in one. One spoiler is that someone that everyone thought died in the first movie ended up somehow surviving and helps Thomas break into WICKED. I can say that the jump scares were the best there wasn’t that many, but they were the best for the suspense of the chase. There were several chase scenes that had me on the edge of my seat. One of them was a car chase with a bus that ended up has one of the best escapes I’ve ever seen. We all know Teresa betrayed Thomas in the second movie, and now we see her with WICKED trying to find a cure. When Thomas, Newt, and others get into WICKED they force Teresa to help them. The hole time I saw she was trying to save everyone while fighting her feeling for Thomas. She tries hard to get Thomas trust back, while she’s still looking for the cure. Now the ending was sad, but it made me happy also. I cried on one of the sad moments, but the happy moment at the end also mad me cry a little. I loved every bit of ‘The Death Cur’e.
