Northwestern Oklahoma State University will be holding a campus wide blood drive on April 26 and 27 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The blood drive will be in the student center ranger room.

All students are encouraged to participate in the blood drive. It only takes about an hour to complete, and can make a difference for friends and neighbors in area hospitals.

All donors will receive a free gift.

Donors can make an  appointment by calling the Oklahoma Blood Institute at 877-340-8777 or visiting obi.org.

Walk-ins are welcome at the blood drive.

Donors should be prepare to donate by eating a good meal. They also need to bring a photo I.D. when they donate.
