After terrific seasons, Northwestern Oklahoma State’s Joby Saint Fleur and Will Hawkins were named to the Don Hansen Football Committee’s 2015 All-Super Region Three Team.
Defensive End from Winter Haven, Fla., Saint Fleur recorded a fantastic season in 2015 as he has now earned two first-team and one second team honors. His first two awards came from the Great American Conference and the Conference Commissioner’s Association. Now he has ended up on the Second Team Defense for the Don Hansen All-Super Region Three team. He is one of three defensive linemen to earn the award.
Senior Punter, Hawkins of California City, Calif. also had a great year as he was selected for the third team. He recorded 79 punts over the course of the season while maintaining a 41.5 yard average and a total of 3,282 total yards. He recorded seven touchbacks, seven fair catches, 20 punts that landed inside the 20 and 17 punts that were 50 yards or more. .ncluding the longest of the year, coming in at 85 yards.
“This is a great honor for Joby and Will and I can’t say enough how proud I am of them and how hard they have each worked to get to this point,” said Head Coach Matt Walter.
