The Northwestern Student Government Association held a Color Run April 11.
The event included both a 5K run/walk and a one mile fun run.
The run started at the top of the Ranger Stadium tiers at 11:30 a.m. For NWOSU students and employees, the run was free and shirts were $10. For everyone else, the run was $15 and shirts were $20.
Morgan Renbarger, SGA secretary, said, “We had a pretty good turnout of both students and community members despite the weather. I think everyone that came had fun. SGA is super thankful for the Northwestern Staff that came out to throw color and to Alva’s market for donating fruit for the runners after the race.”
