The career fair had a variety of different businesses looking to hire students for full time and internship positions.
The career fair was also open to job seekers in the community of Alva.
Businesses that registered to participate in the career fair included local businesses such as BancCentral and Beadles Nursing home. As well as businesses outside of Alva such as the Enid police department, Loves gas station and Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.
