As the semester wraps up and summer is around the corner, I want to reflect upon the growth over the last two semesters.
Coming into NWOSU, I was hesitant to talk to anyone, did not want to be involved with any organizations, and stayed at my apartment alone most of the time.
Now, I have an amazing group of friends, I am an officer in Delta Zeta, and I am sitting here writing for the newspaper.
I say all of this to show that it is good to put yourself in situations that may make you uncomfortable. It is in those situations that your grow. That you learn grace. That you find your interests and meet lifelong friends.
I encourage you to get comfortable being uncomfortable.
