Renowned vocalist Helen Welch performed in Herod Hall on Tuesday night as part of the Northwest Oklahoma Concert Series. Welch performed music by the Carpenters, a brother/sister duo that rose to fame in the 1970s. Welch also had a career in TV, starting on the show “Romper Room.”
