Ranger women’s softball was on the field Oct. 2 against Butler, but there’s no score to report — nobody was keeping it.
The regular season doesn’t begin until February, so in the meantime, the women will be sharpening their skills with practice games — and no scoring.
By the time you read this, the team will have played two more games that occurred after the press deadline on Wednesday. But you can see them Oct. 16 at 3 and 5 p.m. at their field located at the Alva Recreation Center, south of the football stadium.
The women ended the season in April with a 7-26 GAC record and a 17-33 overall record.
