Why did you choose your major?
I chose criminal justice because I’ve always been interested in law and law enforcement. I’ve always wanted to be on my feet and in the field so I’ve been drawn to law enforcement and being a federal agent.
What is your favorite class?
Court Procedures.
What is the best part of being in your major?
Taking to all the experienced people in my field and hearing their stories. It’s also really interesting to learn about the different ways someone can make this world a better place.
Tips for underclassmen in the major?
My tips for underclassmen are to really listen to the professors who have been in that field because they have so much experience and knowledge to offer.
What is your dream job with the major?
Other than obviously playing professional baseball, I’d like to go into the Army. After that, I’d like to work in perhaps the FBI for the Behavioral Analysts Unit or maybe for Homeland Security.
