New faculty in the Northwestern Oklahoma State University Division of Business are already representing the university on an international stage.
Dr. Theresa McBride, associate professor of business, presented a peer-reviewed, developmental paper on Sept. 2 at the 2024 British Academy of Management Conference.
The conference was at the Nottingham Business School at Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom. McBride presented the paper virtually. It was titled, “Teaching Leadership: A Collaboration Between Military and Civilian Faculty in the U.S.”
She co-authored the paper with other research colleagues. They have presented at both national and international conferences.
