Preparing before any road trip is a task, but with a confirmed bid into the GAC tournament on the line, tensions were high Saturday. The Rangers needed a win to make sure they had a berth in the conference tournament March 7-9.

The win takes the team to a 12-6 GAC record, behind both Southeastern, 15-3, and Arkansas Tech, 14-4. The win for the Rangers on Saturday means they will play in Shawnee again for the tournament.
