Women’s volleyball coach, Fredrick Wagner, submitted his resignation on Nov. 4. The assistant coach, Lailani Maile, will lead the team through the remainder of the season. Northwestern will begin searching for a new coach immediately.
The director of athletics, Brad Franz said, “We will be looking for a coach who is committed to building a successful program on and off the court. I am proud of the effort put forth by our volleyball team members this season and believe they represented Northwestern well at all times.”
